The above chairs were supplied to PAN India Branches at different states includes Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Goa.

I have been personally dealing with "Amardeep Designs India (P) Limited" from last 12 years for supply of various kind of chairs to our offices on Pan India basis. In my previous organization, they have been instrumental in supplying chairs to more then 650 branches including interior & remote areas. Mgmt has also appreciated their efforts by rewarding them with "Best business associates" for outstanding performance during the growth of the organization.
One thing I would like to appreciate about Amardeep is that they are customer centric & understand the customer requirements in details & gives timely delivery of specified chairs. There factory set up in West & North, easily caters to the customer requirement on Pan India basis, without any bottlenecks due to their huge production capacity & knowledge in the product.
Specialized account manager appointed by them personally look into those concern areas which needs more attention like inter state taxes, special taxes especially in Kolkata & Assam etc & commercial taxes which they have been paying in Kerala from ages.
They have been looking into the maintenance of the branches in warranty period & even some SOS calls made for attending the problems have been entertained by their representatives without getting into the nitty gritty.
Presently in SBI General Insurance, they have supplied following items to our 20 branches which are recently rolled out & are functioning smoothly.
1. Staff Chairs
2. Visitor Chairs
3. Cafeteria Chairs
4. Training Room Chairs
5. Executive Chairs
This year we are planning to roll out 23 branches, for which Mgmt has already approved them as suppliers of chairs & other items. Mgmt has also recommended their name to Premises & Estate dept of State Bank of India where they will be enrolled on panel of SBI & will be catering to 16,500 branches of SBI across India.
My feedback for below parameters...
1. No. of years dealing with Amardeep - 12 Years
2. Approx Turn over / Dealing - In previous assignment - 45 crore / In SBI General 2.50 crore
3. Supply - PAN India / Regions / States - Almost all the states including union territories like Pondicherry etc
4. TAT (Turn Around Time) Compliance - delivery & after sales Services - Within time they have been delivering the chairs for making branch inaugurations successful. As far as delivery & after sales services is concern, it is excellent & flawless. Without considering the warranty/non-warranty of chairs, they have been giving service to the customers. "Service" is the ultimate motto of Amardeep.
5. Cost Compliance - They have been adhering to the cost which has been negotiated with them initially & were only requesting for hike if their is a hike in raw material & taxes from Govt with proper justification, documentation & supporting.
6. Quality Compliance - Though the chairs are properly checked in terms of quality, none of the chairs have been ever delivered to the branches in damaged condition,if any, it has been rectified/replaced on the spot by their technicians.
7. Accessibility - Are easily accessible & are responding to the customer queries during wee hours also to make customer comfortable.
8. Responsiveness - Good. Need not be told but can be experienced by calling them.
